How dedicated hiring works?
In the Dedicated Hiring, you will be given a developer and/or designer who will be working specifically on your project on an hourly basis. A Manager will be also assigned for the project who will be there if you have any questions/concerns. You can share the details directly with the manager and he/she will provide you with the updates. You will be shared with the complete details of the developer and/or designer prior to starting the project. You can add new developers if the requirement is increased.
A dedicated Manager for the project.
With every dedicated hiring, a manager is assigned free of cost for better management and communication. The manager will be available on emails with a response time of 24 hours on weekdays. You will be in direct contact with the manager and he/she will be responding to you with the updates. You can also reach out directly to the developer but the developer will only be available via email. The manager will be available for meetings and calls once a week.

All the developers working in the team carry experience of more than 5 years. They are certified developers and can manage the complete store on their own.
There are three contract period that are available. They are for 3-months, 6-months, 12-months. The contract cannot be broken in between. You can close or terminate the contract after the period gets over.
The maximum number of hours that you can have in a month are 100 hours/developer and 100hours/designer.
