Sam from IT-Geeks did a great job of helping me with what I needed. He was timely and kind and helped me to understand what he did and how it fit into my parameters. One small thing is that IT GEEKS says it is from Salt Lake City Utah, but since Sam would respond to me in the middle of the night I believe he is not based there. This is obviously not a big problem, but at first I thought I was missing his messages and then I realized he was responding in the middle of the night (at least on my time).
